Important Update: Autodesk Introducing One-Time Passcode (OTP)
To enhance account security, Autodesk will begin rolling out One-Time Passcode (OTP) verification via email on April 2, 2025. This multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an extra layer of security and helps prevent unauthorized access, even if login credentials are compromised.
What You Need to Know:
- After entering your username and password, you’ll receive an OTP via email to complete your login.
- This change will be rolled out regionally and requires no setup on your part.
- If your organization already uses Single Sign-On (SSO) or MFA, this update will not apply to you.
This process will be automatically enabled for all customers who do not already have Single Sign-On (SSO) or MFA enabled—no additional setup is required.
