New Feature: Simplified Management for Subscription Auto-Renewals in Your Autodesk Account

Adsk_Account_bannerManaging multiple Autodesk subscriptions just became significantly easier. A new update to Autodesk Account introduces a powerful tool to streamline how users handle recurring subscriptions. Purchasers can now manage auto-renewal preferences for up to 100 subscriptions at a time, all with a single action and a single confirmation email. This new feature aims to save you time, reduce the complexity of subscription management, and ensure continuous access to Autodesk products without the usual hassle.

What’s Changed?

Historically, managing auto-renewals for Autodesk subscriptions could be a cumbersome task. If you wanted to turn off auto-renewals, you had to update each subscription individually. For customers with many subscriptions, this could quickly become a time-consuming process. With this new option, you can efficiently update your preferences for up to 100 subscriptions in one go.

By default, all recurring subscriptions are set to auto-renew, ensuring there are no interruptions in service. However, if you prefer to turn off auto-renewals, you can now search and filter your subscriptions based on criteria such as subscription type, renewal date, and more. You can now update all of your subscription auto-renewal settings at once, with a single action and one confirmation email.

This bulk management capability makes it simpler than ever for users to keep track of and control their subscriptions without the need to manually adjust settings one by one.

How to Use This New Feature

To take advantage of the new bulk auto-renewal management feature, simply visit the Subscriptions and Contracts page in your Autodesk account. From there, you can:

  1. View all of your active subscriptions.
  2. Filter and search by various criteria to find the subscriptions you want to manage.
  3. Select and update up to 100 subscription auto-renewal settings.
  4. Confirm your changes with a single action and receive one email notification for the update.
This simple, time-saving update is available for organizations that manage many Autodesk subscriptions, providing greater flexibility and control over subscription preferences.

Why Is This Important?

Managing subscription renewals in bulk means you no longer need to worry about missing renewal dates or spending hours updating individual subscriptions. Whether you have a handful of subscriptions or many, you now have the flexibility to control your settings in a way that saves time and ensures you are only paying for what you need.

With recurring subscriptions automatically set to renew by default, the risk of accidental service interruption is minimized, providing peace of mind for all customers.
