Text & Dimension Layer Overrides

Preset your layer controls so that all text and dimensions are created on the correct layer *without* changing your currently active layer.  These system variables were originally introduced in 2016 for dimensions and then updated in 2020.1 to include text, XRef’s, centerlines & hatch patterns.
