Easily locate your Subscription ID in the Autodesk® Account Portal with these step-by-step instructions.
- Navigate to manage.autodesk.com , and login to your Autodesk Account Portal.
- Under Billing and Orders menu on the left menu pane, choose Subscriptions and Contracts. You will need to be either an Admin or Secondary Admin to access this menu option.
- Select the Subscription item, you want the ID from. Select anywhere on the subscription item, or the arrow, circled below in red, to get to the detailed info.
- Next, click the arrow in front of the individual product you wish to obtain the ID. See below, circled in red.
- Here is where you will find the subscription ID for your product.
