When trying to access a multi-user license, do your users continue to see the License Finder Dialog instead of finding the correct server or license file? If so, try the following (Windows 10):
On each user’s computer, you’ll need to:
- Close all Autodesk products
- Rt click This PC and select Properties

- Click advanced system settings

- select the Advanced tab
- Click Environment Variables

- At the bottom of the dialog box, Under System variables, click New

- Create a new variable
- Variable name – adskflex_license_file
- Variable value (@servername, in this example, the server name is triph-pc) –
- Click Ok

- Start the software
- Select Multi-user
- Enter the server name
