When trying to access a multi-user license, do your users continue to see the License Finder Dialog instead of finding the correct server or license file? If so, try the following (Windows 10):

On each user’s computer, you’ll need to:

• Close all Autodesk products
• Rt click This PC and select Properties

• Click advanced system settings

• select the Advanced tab
• Click Environment Variables

• At the bottom of the dialog box, Under System variables, click New

• Create a new variable
  • Variable name – adskflex_license_file
  • Variable value (@servername, in this example, the server name is triph-pc) –
• Click Ok

• Start the software
• Select Multi-user
• Enter the server name
